Isfahan

Isfahan located in central Iran, about 700 km from Teheranand is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world. During the reign of the Safavids beautiful buildings were erected which even today, continue to lure curious visitors from all over the world to come visit this city. It is said for Isfahan:
“Whoever sees Isfahan, he has seen half of the world”.
The carpets which are made in this area are of especially high quality, with mainly silk and exceptionally good quality wool being used, while the motifs and colors of the carpets reflect the great skill of Isfahan’s masters.

Grad koji leži u centralnom dijelu Irana. Udaljen je oko 700. km. od Teherana. Važi za jedan od najljepših gradova na svijetu. Za vrijeme safavidske vladavine nastale su građevine koje i danas mame znatiželjnike iz cijelog svijeta da posjete ovaj grad. Za Isfahan se kaže:
